The challenge

Recover gum sales lost to Covid-required safety equipment displacing front-of-store checkout displays. 

Success factors

• Colour-changing LED kits light up the header for added shopper stopping power.

• Use Existing tooled-up EVO System components utilized to respond quickly to market needs

• A compact floorstand that could be placed at the entry to all checkout lanes in small format grocery stores.

The results

• 4,000 displays now in-store.

• Brief to first prototype in 15 days by leveraging pre-tooled system components. 

• Checkout location and sales recovered following Covid clear-outs.
