The Solution

On-Site Digital: Integrated digital solution

Countertop design with small format touch screen lets shoppers touch, feel and experience the products. The display was rolled out globally with content and sound is managed through Connie, Displayplan’s intelligent content management platform from the UK. Data analytics from the platform are used to understand interactivity and dwell time at fixture.

Interactive content

Shoppers are presented with interactive content to understand the full product features and benefits. shoppers browse soundtracks and play live to the speakers housed on the display.

Naim were able to deliver a cutting-edge live product demo instore. The analytics provided via Connie enabled the customer to deeply understand their shoppers in-store and remotely adjust content and soundtracks to ensure market relevance.
