House of Vapes challenged us to the best shopping experience in the Vaping category. The retail experience should be many steps above the experience of tobacco shops. 

Success factors

  • A well-merchandised store with products displayed like consumer electronics products. Street-facing high-contrast 49” screen drive shoppers into the store. 
  • Digital signage placed in multiple locations engages and educates shoppers and helps close sales without an associate. Six additional screens strategically located around the store highlight to featured products. 
  • House of Vapes gains revenue by charging brand partners for video time and space. 
  • All screens are connected and content is controlled via Connie, Displayplan’s intelligent content management platform. Compliance reporting included in the support programme.
