Recently, we held a charity football match in aid of Essex and Herts Air Ambulance.

The event consisted of four teams from within the business, battle it out to be crowned supreme champions.

Everyone who participated, from players to spectators, contributed towards the charity event. There were also plenty of delicious cakes being sold throughout the day to tempt the taste buds and the purse strings.

"It was a fantastic event, and everyone played their hearts out! It was great to see everyone get stuck in, including the directors of the business. The day was made even more special by the Herts Air Ambulance volunteer who came down to support us and present the winning team with their trophy." said Adam Turl, Senior Technical Designer.

The match took place at ‘The Arena,’ in Baldock. The four teams in the business, which consist of project managers, designers and sales people, competed for the coveted Displayplan cup. After two grueling matches, ‘Team Metro’ were crowned the champions.

Altogether the day raised a grand total of £724.23 – a fantastic result for the local lifesaving charity.
